This cafe is located in a house along the busy street of Pasteur in District, though the entrance is inside a small hem. Parking can be limited,s o you might need to park across the street next to the home of Cuba La Casa (which is not too convenient).
Via the little entrance and the old staircase you arrive on the first floor where She Cafe is. There are some seats outside on the balcony, overlooking the alley.
Most seats are indoors though. The cafe is having a woman touch, as no surprise as the full name is actually She Cafe – Cafe for woman. So you will see photos of famous women. Otherwise it has a more vintage style, with a mix of comfortable chairs and wooden chairs. There are two alcoves with comfy seats where you are nearly hidden from everyone’s sight.
The cafe has certainly a nice atmosphere as it is inside such old building – the windows still clearly reflects this which is a nice. Though I found it a bit too dark. Also when sitting in one of the alcoves in can be a bit warm.
They serve the usual drinks like coffee or juice, but it seems getting cakes might be hit and miss, as they run out of everything during my visit. The service was not too good either. I was missing the friendliness I found in other places.
Overall it is a nice looking place with a relaxing atmosphere, but it was just too dark for me and I found the parking not too convenient. The service was also just so so. Though I can imagine that sitting outside can be nice in the evening when it is not too hot. It is certainly interesting to visit for the building, but I personally I am not sure I will visit this place again.
