This lovely guesthouse is located on the west of Con Son Town on Ton Duc Thang, the road along the waterfront, just before the crossing with the main road Nguyen Hue. It is opposite of the Con Dao Camping Resort.
It has 2 floors, with around 6 or 7 rooms on each floor.
The en-suite room was rather spacious and clean, offering A/C and TV, as well as a nice clean bathroom with the typical Asian set up. The window was towards the yards of the neighbour houses, though it was very quiet. Having a window is actually something not every guesthouse offer. One guesthouse 2 doors next to Con Son Island Guesthouse had its windows towards the floor – one set up I don’t really like.
The owner and her family only speaks a little bit English, but they were very friendly. They offer laundry services and sell water as well.
The location is nice. To the pier and waterfront it is a little 3 minute stroll, there is also a nice food place next door and the dive centre Dive!Dive!Dive! is around the corner as well. It is also just a 15 minute walk to the market and most food places.
The price for the double bedroom was 400.000 Dong, which seems to be the normal prices on the island for guesthouses. I thought it was good value for money.
